The Dodos got an 8.5 on Pitchfork. Despite anyone’s opinions about Pitchfork, that is undeniably a great thing. I’m so proud of these guys and honored that they let me photograph them.
My friends Annie and Shelley’s mud wrestling…experience…made it onto Gothamist. Photo by Tod.
It’s that time of year again. Not riding throughout the winter is the worst. (Call me a wimp but I can’t handle riding in 10 degree weather. Sorry.) PHTHRD is tonight. Get your tickets soon or they will be gone. It’s going to be…interesting. Also: (via Noah) Justin has created Muxtape. Online mixtapes playable via [...]
PHTHRD II by the good folks at LVHRD

I forgot my “nice” shoes. 16 people in a 15 passenger van. Destination: Classic Pistol, Southampton PA. It was hardcore pouring the whole [...]
Checked out the Hamburger Eyes: Inside Burgerworld opening at Powerhouse Arena in DUMBO last night. The photos were a mixture of awesome and bizarre, but I couldn’t help but be disappointed in the printing. It was refreshing to see huge prints versus the latest 8×10″ craze, but the vast majority of the images were obviously [...]
Annie and I went to Coney Island on Sunday. Perhaps the last winter before its destruction after this summer. Appropriately: DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE – Coney Island [Audio clip: view full post to listen]
